Qing'an County

The circle Qingan (庆安 县) is a county in the northeast of the People 's Republic of China. He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city in Suihua, Heilongjiang Province. It has an area of 5607 km ² and has 380,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Qingan (庆安 镇).
