Qingtan

Called Qingtan (Chinese清谈/清谈, W.-G. Ch'ing t'an, English Conversation Pure, Pure conversation '), also Qingyan (清 言), was a Daoist flow at the time of Wei and Jin Dynasties ( 220-420 ) of the time of the Northern Dynasties. The most prominent of these groups, focusing on the teachings of philosophical Daoism - especially the ( legendary ) Laozi ( Daodejing ) and the Zhuangzi - stood, were the Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove. The Qingtan representatives include何晏He Yan, Wang Bi王弼, Xiahou Xuan夏侯玄, Wang Yan and Guo Xiang王衍郭象.
