IMS Question & Test Interoperability is defined by the IMS Global Learning Consortium standardized data format that was developed specifically for designing online materials. Online questions and answers, quizzes, multiple- choice tests can be created and applied arbitrarily in all standardized programs and varied. An exchange of tests and quizzes between different applications is possible. The data format is also suitable for storing test results.
