Qualiflyer

The Qualiflyer Group (English Quality - Quality, flyers - flyers, Group - group) was founded by seven airlines on March 22, 1998 airline alliance. The name was taken from the already founded in 1991, frequent flyer program quality flyer.

With the passage of Austrian Airlines to the Star Alliance began a gradual process of dissolution in 2000. The alliance was dissolved after the opening of the moratorium on the Swissair and its parent company SAirGroup in October 2001.

By now, almost all former Qualiflyer companies have ceased operations were taken over by competitors or members in the then still competing Star Alliance.
