The Quamecke is a 3.8 km long, orographic left tributary of the Möhne in North Rhine -Westphalia, Germany. The creek flows entirely within the city limits of Warstein.

Geography

The creek rises in the Arnsberg Forest about 2.2 km southeast of Allagen at an altitude of 356 m above sea level. NN. The Quamecke flows in a predominantly northerly, where the flow direction changes several times between northwest and northeast. After a walk of about 2.6 km of the stream reaches the southern edge of Sichtigvor and flows around the place largely on the eastern edge. Shortly before the mouth of the Quamecke is channeled sections. After 3.8 km the Quamecke opens to 237 m above sea level. NN in the Mohne. With a vertical drop of 119 meters, the average bed slope is 31.3 ‰. The 5.428 km ² large catchment area is drained by Möhne, Ruhr and Rhine to the North Sea.
