The Annaba (English Rabah Bitat Airport ) is also known under the name of Les Salines Airport. It is located nine kilometers south of the city of Annaba in Algeria and is named after the former President of Algeria, Rabah Bitat ( 1925-2000 ).

Terminal
The terminal has an annual capacity of 500,000 passengers.
The Egyptian company Arab Contractor has won a tender for a new international terminal building, which should be completed in 2007. After commissioning of the new terminal, the old terminal is only used in peak hours for European charter flights as well as flights for pilgrims during the Hajj.
