Rabbit à la Berlin

Wall Hare (Polish: Królik po Berlińsku ) is a German -Polish documentary about the fate of living in the death strip during the German - German division wild rabbits. The documentary was nominated for the 2010 Academy Award for Best Short Documentary.

The film describes the time of separation from the point of view of the rabbit, which concealed the true meaning of the operations on the inner German borders and remains alien. They assume that the wall was built for their safety.

For rabbits, the time of graduation is a happy, since they can live largely untouched and free of natural enemies in the death strip. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, the rabbits are forced to find their way in the West.
