Rachel Blakely

Rachel Blakely ( born July 28, 1968 Borneo, Malaysia) is an Australian actress.

She lived until the age of 12 years in the U.S., Canada, Spain and Scotland, until her parents finally settled down in Australia. It has both the Australian and U.S. citizenship. After the death of her mother Bronwyn in 1980 Rachel and her younger sister Ruth were drawn by herself by her father Harold.

In 1990 she won a modeling contest the women's magazine Cleo and appeared on the cover. In addition to other model competitions they finally drew attention to himself with a Nissan commercial. As an actress, she appeared for the first time in the series neighbors ( Neighbours ) ( 1991-1994) in appearance. She played many small roles and guest appearances continued in series and films such as Xena (1997) and One Way Ticket (1997). However, in Germany it was only in the lead role of Maguerite crux in the series Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's: The Lost World known (1999-2002).

After divorcing her first husband, Peter Craig, she is in a relationship with the stuntman Sean Rigby. They met in 1997 on the set of Adventure South Seas ( Tales of the South Seas ) know and have a son.
