Racing Rules of Sailing

The racing rules of sailing (English Racing Rules of Sailing ) govern the behavior during sailing, kite, windsurf and model boat regattas. They are updated every four years ( after the Olympics ) by the International Sailing Federation. The current issue (2013-2016) entered into force on 1 January 2013.
