Rakhsh

Rakhsh (Persian رخش luminous) is the stallion of the protagonist Rostam in the Persian national epic, Shahnameh of Ferdowsi. Rakhsh is snow white with a reddish mane. He is highly intelligent and his loyalty is amazing. From the numerous herds of horses in Zabulistan and Kabulistan, belonging to his father Zal, Rostam selects it as a filling after he had his mother, a gray mare defeated. Rakhsh contributes the only no -brand, but is it from the beginning as " Rostams Rakhsh " determined. As the price of the animal he asks the shepherds of the flock:
