Ralf Ehrenbrink

Ralf honor Brink ( born August 29, 1960 in Bielefeld ) is a former German eventing riders, the 1988 Olympic gold medalist with the team.

Honor Brink won in 1978 at the German Junior Championships and won at the European Junior Championship with the German team. In 1981 he won at the German Championships for young riders. In 1983, he finished behind Claus Erhorn second place in the German Championship. Honor Brink never won the German championship, but finished in 1985, 1988 and 1995 again in second place.

In 1985 he was awarded with the German team the bronze medal at the European Championship two years later the German team took second place. In the 1988 Olympics he was eliminated in Uncle Todd from before the final jump. In the team competition Matthias Baumann, Claus Erhorn, Thies Kaspareit and Ralf honor Brink erritten the gold medal. After 1936, this was the second team victory of the German eventing team at the Olympic Games.

At the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona honor Brink participated in Kildare, finishing in eleventh place in the individual standings. In the team standings Australia won ahead of New Zealand, together with Matthias Baumann, Herbert Blocker and Cord Mysegaes won the bronze medal honor Brink. Also the German team won the bronze medal at the World Championships in 1994 in The Hague, except honor Brink with Kildare belonged Cord Mysegaes, Bettina Over Esch and Peter Thomsen to this team. After the fourth place at the European Championship in 1995 honor Brink finished with the German team at the 1996 Olympics in ninth place in the team standings.

Ralf honor Brink began his career at the riding club Warendorf and trained as a Pferdewirtschaftsmeister. After the Olympic Games in 1992, he moved to the Riding and Driving Club Krefeld.
