Ralph Watling

Ralph George Watling (* September 12, 1872, † in the 20th century ) was an English badminton player.

Career

Ralph Watling has seen success in several victories and finals at the beginning of the 20th century at the All England. In 1901 he reached the final, but was defeated by Captain HW Davies. A year later he won the first time, where he defeated E. Young in the final. In 1903, he defended the title and reached the final of the doubles. In 1905 he was defeated again in the final, this time against Henry Norman Marrett. Watling was also active as a cricketer for Norfolk.
