Raymond Kwok

Raymond Kwok ( born 1952 in Hong Kong ) is a Chinese entrepreneur and co-owner of Sun Hung Kai Properties.

Life

Raymond Kwok is the youngest son of the entrepreneur Kwok Tak Seng. Raymond Kwok studied at Cambridge University and Harvard Business School. Together with his brothers Walter Kwok and Thomas Kwok, he leads the Chinese real estate company Sun Hung Kai Properties. According to the American Forbes Magazine Kwok is one of the richest Chinese and is listed in The World's Billionaires. Together with his brothers he is, according to the Forbes list of billionaires with a fortune of 19.9 billion U.S. dollars in 2008 to number 23 of the richest people in the world.
