Tramea onusta

Tramea onusta is a dragonfly species of the genus of the subfamily Tramea Panta Linae. It is a widespread species, especially in the southwestern United States and Mexico, Central America, the West Indies and Venezuela.

Tramea onusta has a total length of 41-48 mm, the abdomen is 28 to 34 mm long. The head is like the thorax brown. In the male the head is red with age.
