Red Sparowes

Red Sparowes is a post rock band from the surroundings of bands like Isis and Neurosis from Los Angeles. Their music consists mainly of long, purely instrumental songs held. Especially about them is their intense pedal steel insert.

The band consists of members of Isis, Neurosis, Halifax Pier, Samsara, Angel Hair and Pleasure Forever. After the release of their 2006 released album Every Red Heart Shines Towards The Red Sun the band went in the early summer of 2007 on a European tour, where she performed, among others, in the UT Connewitz.
