Redmond Morris, 4th Baron Killanin
George Redmond Fitzpatrick Morris, 4th Baron Killanin ( born January 26, 1947 in Sligo, Ireland) is an Anglo - Irish aristocrat and film producer.
Life
Morris is the oldest son of the former IOC President Michael Morris, 3rd Baron Killanin. He attended Gonzaga College, Dublin, the Ampleforth College and studied at the University of Dublin.
In the 1970s, Morris worked as assistant director before he was production manager on such films as The Draughtsman's Contract or Gorky Park. He then took on the task of producers in a number of famous movies, most recently in The Reader, which was nominated among others in the Best Picture Oscar.
In the films he usually results in the name Redmond Morris.
