Redžep Redžepovski

Redžep Redžepovski ( Macedonian: Реџеп Реџеповски; born December 14, 1962 in Kumanovo, Republic of Macedonia ) is a retired Yugoslav amateur boxer and silver medalist of the Olympic Games flyweight ( 48 to 51 kg) in 1984.

In 1981 he was Yugoslav champion in 1983 and Balkan champion for the first time. In the 23th Summer Olympic Games in 1984 in Los Angeles, he defeated Sanguo Teraporn from Thailand ( 3:2 ), the English champion Patrick Clinton ( Ko), the oceanic champion Jeff Fenech (4:1) and the Kenyans Ibrahim Bilali (5-0 ), before the Americans Steve McCrory lost the final (1:4). In 1987, he won the Yugoslav Championship bantamweight.
