Reinhold Hintermaier

Reinhold Hintermaier ( born February 14, 1956 in Altheim, Upper Austria ) is a former Austrian football player.

Career

The Upper Austrian began his career with his hometown club SK Altheim and moved in 1973 to VÖEST Linz in the National League. The blue-white he soon came into the first team and took the work of the club in 1974 VÖEST the only Austrian Championship title. After he failed the residents of Linz in the next few years short of another title win in the championship and in the OFB Cup, he moved to Germany in 1979. There he played successfully for the 1st FC Nuremberg, Eintracht Braunschweig and 1 FC Saarbrücken.
