Reinhold Münzenberg

Reinhold coins Berg ( born January 25, 1909 in Walheim in the district Aachen, † June 25, 1986 in Aachen ) was a German football player.

He played as a defender with war interruption from 1926 to 1949 for Alemannia Aachen and briefly for the Air Force Sports Club Hamburg, with whom he was in the playoffs for the " Tschammer Cup " or the German championship in 1943 and 1944.

Miinzenberg ran from 1930 to 1939 41 times for the German national team and took in 1934 in Italy and 1938 in France at the Football World Cups. In eight games, he served as captain of the DFB.

Reinhold coins Mountain was one of those players who defeated in 1937 in Breslau Denmark and became known as Breslau - Elf. His biggest success was the third place in the Football World Cup 1934 in Italy.

From 1974 to 1976 coins Reinhold Berg was president of Alemannia Aachen. After two years, his nephew Egon Miinzenberg took over from him.

Reinhold Miinzenberg found his final resting place at the Aachen forest cemetery.
