Removable media

As Removable Disk - more generally as " Removable Disk " or " Removable Disk" - a non- permanently installed, replaceable, usually portable data carriers for computer is referred to in the digital data processing, which is usually used as an additional medium for storing data instead of the usual hard drive. Removable media enable the separation of the data from the computer for the purpose of data security or data exchange between uncrosslinked computers ( see also computer network ).
