René Andrle

René Andrle ( born April 1, 1974 in Litoměřice ) is a former Czech cyclist.

As a junior he won a stage of the Trofeo Karlberg in the jersey of the then Czechoslovak national team in 1992. From 1999 to 2000 he drove for Wüstenrot ZVVZ and from 2001 to 2003 he was at ONCE under contract. In 2004 and 2005 he drove for the Spanish team Liberty Seguros, then he moved to PSK Whirlpool.

The Czech took once each part in the Tour de France, the Vuelta a España twice and the Giro d'Italia. At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, he went in the road race and the time trial at the start and finished in the time trial rank 16th in late 2008 he ended his cycling career.
