Renk

Renk AG is a publicly traded subsidiary of MAN SE and global manufacturer of gearboxes and drive engineering. MAN keeps doing 75% of the company capital. The company was founded in 1873 and belongs since 1923 to the MAN Group.

Divisions

Renk is divided into four independent business units: vehicle transmission, drive elements ( bearings and couplings ), special propulsion systems (industrial and marine gear ) and general drive applications ( industrial and marine gearboxes, couplings ).
