Reynosa

Reynosa is a border town in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. It has around 900,000 inhabitants and is located near McAllen in Texas. It lies on the Rio Grande. Reynosa is connected to McAllen by two bridges.
Reynosa is the largest and most important industrial city in Tamaulipas. In particular, many maquiladoras are found in Reynosa and surrounding areas. The processed there goods are traded internationally, but re-exported mainly to the USA. In the traditional major agriculture of the region 's main products are cotton, sugar cane and fruit.
