Ricardo Zunino

Ricardo Zunino ( born April 13, 1949 in San Juan, Argentina ) is a former Formula 1 racing driver.

Zuninos first Formula 1 race of the Grand Prix of Canada was in the 1979 season for the Brabham team. Zuninio only came into the car, because of the then two -time Austrian champion Niki Lauda had announced his resignation after the first training. Lauda came back in 1982 and two years later became World Champion again. By the end of the 1980 season Zunino started eight times for Brabham. After two more races for the Tyrrell team in the following season, he finished his Formula 1 career with a last start at the Grand Prix of Argentina in 1981.

His best finish in a total of ten Formula 1 race was twice seventh place, so he did not reach a championship point.
