Rich Gaspari

Rich Gaspari, called "The Dragon Slayer ", ( born May 16, 1963 in New Jersey) is an American bodybuilder.

Life

Gaspari started already with 14 to bodybuilding and was 19 years old world champion in the light heavyweight (up to 90 kg), after which he then joined the professional camp. During his career continued until 1996, Gaspari reached its greatest successes by winning the Arnold Classic in 1989 and three second-place finishes at the Mr. Olympia (1986 to 1988). At a height of 1.78 m his competition weight was 102 kg ( out of season up to 111 kg).

After ending his playing career Gaspari worked as a training and nutrition consultant in the gym. The basis for it was his testimony of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In 2004, Gaspari his own company for dietary supplements, which bears his name: Gaspari Nutrition.

Gaspari lives in Lakewood (USA) and is married to Liz Gaspari.
