Rich Little
Richard Caruthers " Rich" Little ( * November 26, 1938 in Ottawa, Ontario) is a Canadian actor and comedian who became famous primarily for his imitations of famous personalities.
Life
Even as a child had Rich Little pleasure to imitate other people. Already at 17 he had his first appearances in various night clubs where he was later accompanied by Eddie Hazell. Also known as a DJ, he was successful - particularly with its comic relief. In 1963 he won at an audition for Mel Tormé a role in a new show, and summarized as in the American show business foot.
He then became a regular guest on various TV shows. 1974 Little was awarded the title "Star of the Year" by the American Guild of Variety Artists. In 1976, he moderated his Rich Little Show. Today Little lives in Las Vegas where he still occurs regularly.
