Rick Hearst

Rick Hearst ( born January 4, 1965 in Howard Beach, New York, as Richard Charles Herbst) is an American actor.

Life

Hearst announced in 1988 his film debut as the lead in the horror comedy Elmer. In Germany he is known primarily from the soap opera Guiding Light, where until 1996 he played the role of Alan -Michael Spaulding of 1990. In 1991, he won an Emmy for it. From 2002-2009 Hearst played the role of Ric Lansing on General Hospital. Here, too, he was awarded the Emmy (2004 and 2007).

Hearst played in the years 2002 and 2009 to 2012 in the U.S. series Bold and the Beautiful, the role of Whip Jones.

Since 1990, Hearst is married to Donna Smoot. The couple has two sons.
