Rick Rosenthal
Rick Rosenthal ( born June 15, 1949 in New York (NY ), United States ) is an American film director.
Life
Rosenthal studied acting and directing at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. His most famous works are the second and eighth part of the Halloween series. Otherwise, he has worked mainly for television, he directed episodes of series like Smallville, Buffy - the Vampire Slayer and others. In 1994 he turned under the pseudonym Alan Smithee a sequel to the classic The Birds.
Rosenthal is married to actress Nancy Stephens.
