Rik Wouters

Rik Wouters (August 21, 1882 in Mechelen, † July 11, 1916 in Amsterdam) was a Belgian painter and sculptor.

Wouters studied at the Académie Royale des Beaux -Arts in Brussels. Since 1905 he lived with Hélène Philomène Lionardine Duerinckx, called Nel, together, which was the main subject of his work.
