Rimbunan Hijau

The Rimbunan Hijau Group ( RH Group) is a multinational timber companies in Malaysia.

RH was founded in 1975 by Tiong Hiew King with logging licenses for Sarawak. The company now operates in many countries about U.S. $ 1 billion in annual sales. She holds a majority stake in Jaya Holdings Bhd and Subur Tiasa Tiasa Holdings Bhd in Malaysia, where it employs 10,000 people. In Papua New Guinea, Rimbunan Hijau, the biggest logging company and operates the largest sawmill in the country.

The company of the violation of rights of indigenous peoples, corruption and environmental degradation was inter alia accused by Greenpeace.
