Rissne metro station

Rissne is an underground station of the Stockholm Metro. It is located in the district of the municipality of Sundbyberg Rissne. The station is served by the Blå linjen the Stockholm subway system. It belongs to the rather moderate frequented stations of the metro network. On a normal working day 6,000 commuters to climb here.

The station was put into operation on 19 August 1985, as the portion of the Blå linjen skogen between Västra and Rinkeby was opened. The platforms are located about 25-40 meters below ground. The station is located between the stations Duvbo and Rinkeby. Stockholm Central Station is about 9.5 km.
