River Oaks is a city in Tarrant County in the U.S. state of Texas in the United States.

Geography

The city is located near Fort Worth, west of the County Center and has a total area of 5.2 km ² without significant water surface.

History

Boost to the city in 1941, when the government near the city of a factory for the production of B-24 bombers decided which later became the Carswell Air Force Base was.
