The River Orchy is a river in the Scottish Highlands in the Unitary Authority Argyll and Bute.

The source of the River Orchy is Loch Tulla. Then it flows through the valleys of Glen Orchy and Strath of Orchy. After a distance of approximately 20 km of the river empties into Loch Awe. About four kilometers above the mouth leads him to the River Lochy water from the rock formations around the Ben Lui.

The River Orchy is a popular fishing area. Are mainly caught salmon and trout. Numerous sections of the river are used for rafting, the opportunities to pursue this sport in the river, strongly depend on the fluctuating water levels of Orchy. In summer, the River Orchy always leads to a little water to allow rafting. During the most intense rain winter months, however, the flow is often too strong.
