The Suck (Irish: An tSuca ) is a river in the Republic of Ireland and its main tributary of the Shannon.

The Suck, long in about 85 km, runs between the counties of Galway and Roscommon in north-south direction and flows into the Shannon Shannonbridge.

Ballinasloe is the largest town on the Suck.
