Riverside Geyser

The Riverside Geyser is a geyser in Yellowstone National Park in the U.S. state of Wyoming.

The geyser is located on the Firehole River in Upper Geyser Basin and shoots steam and water up to 23 m height arched over the river. The eruption occurs every 5 ½ -6 ½ hours and lasts about 20 minutes, they will be announced approximately one to two hours before, because then already flowing water from the geyser. The geyser was named in 1871 in the Hayden expedition.
