Road Rash
Road Rash is a series of video games, developed by Electronic Arts. In the games it comes to participating in an illegal, violent motorcycle racing and winning. It was originally released for Sega Mega Drive and has been ported to various other platforms. Between 1991 and 2003, nine games were developed.
Description
Road Rash was characterized especially by the ability to struggle during the race. So you can, for a subject the competitors with a kick from the web, on the other hand you can drop off the bike it with their fists, sticks and chains.
There are five routes are passable with 15 different motorcycles, four of them with nitro injection. With a little skill and the right timing, it is possible to take out another driver on the stick or the chain.
In 1994 a new version of Road Rash for the 3DO. It offers a real 3D terrain, but the drivers are displayed as sprites. Later implementations for the PC, Sega Saturn and the Sony Playstation based on the submission of the 3DO game. Further, numerous music tracks from A & M Records, Inc. were on the CD. Numerous videos which were recorded between races, were filmed specially for the game. This one played out depending on the racing situation.
