Robert Livingston (ice hockey)

Robert Cambridge Livingston ( born November 3, 1908 in Lawrence, New York, † April 2, 1974 in New Canaan, Connecticut ) was an American professional ice hockey player.

Career

Robert Livingston attended Princeton University, where he graduated in 1931. During his time at Princeton, he played in parallel for their hockey team. Then he went to the Olympic team of the United States. After his hockey career, he was twelve years as a representative for the Grace Line in Peru. During World War II he served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy. After the war he was a businessman.

Internationally

For the U.S., Livingston participated in the 1932 Olympics in part in Lake Placid, where he won the silver medal with his team.
