Robert Rochefort

Robert Rochefort ( born September 19, 1955 in Paris ) is a French politician ( MoDem ).

Rochefort visited the School of Statistics and Finance Administration and then headed the Department of Statistics of the national public health insurance. After that, he was deputy director of the Center for Research, Studies and Documentation in the field of health economics CREDES and director of the research center for the study and observation of the living conditions Credoc. In 1995 he became General Manager there, he held this office until 2009. Rochefort was also a news correspondent with various French media, including in the Catholic daily La Croix, Challenges, RTL and Europe 1 and he served on the national Board of Directors of the French Red Cross. Since 2009 he is a member of the European Parliament.
