Robert Zimmermann (footballer)
Robert Zimmermann ( born May 21, 1963) is a former German footballer, who acted as a midfielder.
Zimmermann played at the beginning of his career in East Germany at BSG Gera bismuth and FC Carl Zeiss Jena. In the Bundesliga season 1990/91 he played at the 1st FC Kaiserslautern, for whom he played one game in that season and with whom he was German champion. He then spent three years active when KSV Hessen Kassel, with him in 1994 succeeded in promotion to the Regionalliga Süd.
