Robert Zurbriggen

Robert Zurbriggen ( born March 16, 1917 in Saas -Fee, † April 21, 1952 ) was a Swiss officer and skiing.

In 1946 he won with Louis Bourban, Franz Bumann and Leo Supersaxo the Skipatrouillenrennen during the 1st International ski race after the Second World War in Zermatt. At the Olympic Winter Games in 1948, he served as captain of the Swiss team at the military patrol run that won the gold medal in this discipline. In cross-country skiing, he scored in the 4 × 10 km relay along with Niklaus Stump, Max Müller and Edi shield the fifth and the 18 - km cross-country ski the 26th place.
