Rochegude, Drôme

Rochegude is a commune with 1489 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Drôme in the Rhône -Alpes.

Geography

Rochegude is located about ten kilometers east of the Rhone River and the parallel Autoroute A7. Larger towns in the area are the northerly Saint -Paul -Trois -Châteaux and Orange in the south. The nearest large town is Avignon, 40 km south.
