Rocío Dúrcal

Rocío Dúrcal ( born October 4, 1944 in Madrid, † 25 March, 2006 Torrelodones, Region Madrid) was a Spanish actress and singer.

She was discovered at 15 in a singing contest and got 17 already Canción de Juventud in a role. After several roles in several films she married Filipino - Spanish singer Antonio Morales of the musical group Los Brincos. In 1975, after the birth of the second of her three children, she stopped to turn on films began in 1977 and again to sing. Their first album was produced by Juan Gabriel and Marco Antonio Solís of another. She recorded seven albums.

Her best-known and most successful song was Amor Eterno ( Eternal Love dt ), which was written for her dead at the age of 3 years old daughter.

2001 was diagnosed with cancer Dúrcal. She died after a long illness in a suburban her home town Madrid.
