Rocky Carroll

Rocky Carroll, actually Roscoe Fulton Carroll ( born July 8, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio ) is an American actor.

Life

In 1981, he joined the " School for the Creative and Performing Arts " from and he decided to deepen his acting experience. After he has completed the Webster University Conservatory of Theatre Arts in St. Louis with the BFA degree, he moved to New York. There he worked in Joseph Papp's "Shakespeare on Broadway " with. As a member of Joe Papp's Shakespeare series he helped to open with the doors for African Americans by playing roles that were rarely played by African-American actors. Because of its roots in the theater, he still actively plays in theater plays. Later he decided to go to television and cinema. He has a starring role as Dr. Keith Wilkes on the television series Chicago Hope. There, he played along with Lauren Holly and Mark Harmon, both of which were subsequently seen at NCIS. He himself was only in the course of the fifth season on NCIS as deputy Director Leon Vance (and later the successor of Lauren Holly as Director ). Also in the NCIS spin-off NCIS: Los Angeles, he is seen as a director.
