Early Edition

Early Edition is an American television series that was written by Ian Abrams, Bob Brush, Deborah Joy LeVine, Patrick Q. Page and Vic Rubenfeld. It was first broadcast on CBS on September 28, 1996. The last episode aired in the U.S. on 27 May 2000.

In Germany you could see the series on ProSieben, VOX and later on Sat.1 and Tele 5, but also on pay TV on DF1 and Premiere World, see. Sat.1 was the fourth and final season as a free TV premiere in 2002.

Action

The series is about a Chicago stockbroker named Gary Hobson ( Kyle Chandler ) who gets every day the newspaper (Chicago Sun-Times ) from the following day of a red cat. He tries on the basis of headlines to prevent the coming calamities and disasters, and thus to save lives. Go to page his greedy friend Chuck Fishman ( who repeatedly tries to win the lottery ) and the blind secretary Marissa Clark him standing with her dog Spike.

On 24 June 2008, the first season has been released with all 23 episodes on six DVDs in the U.S.. As bonus material, there are promo videos of the episodes. The second season has published on 28 July 2009 with no bonus material Paramount.
