Rohrer & Brammer

The Rohrer & Brammer was a private theater with adjoining restaurant in Schwabing district of Munich. The R & B Show, a music program of the Bayerischer Rundfunk, recorded the first two times in the Rohrer & Brammer.

Program

It was offered in the main cabaret. Among the artists who appeared in the Rohrer & Brammer, were Martin Umbach, Marianne Sägebrecht, Timothy Peach and the leaders of the theater, Susanne Rohrer and Christiane Brammer. In addition to changing performances, there was a fixed program: On the first Sunday of each month Eberhard Piltz conducted a " political Stammtisch " it changing guests were invited; on the third Sunday of the month, a " Breakfast Culture " with previously announced artists took place on the last Sunday of the month presented Matthias Matuschik young comedians. Readings in full moon nights completed the program.

History

Susan Rohrer and Christiane Brammer founded the theater in 2009 and took over the traditional spaces of Heppel & Ettlich. Instead of a pub the new theater was a restaurant attached, the host Andre Bahlo focused on alpine cuisine.

The game operation began in early October with the tragicomedy "India ", the theater version of the eponymous film by Josef Hader and Alfred villages in the staging of Georg Ferdinand constable with villagers and Peter White in the lead roles.

Due to a rift with the catering partner of the operation in early May 2010 was set.

The both times in the Rohrer & Brammer recorded " R & B Show" was broadcast twice on the radio program of the Bayerischer Rundfunk. Even after the closing of the theater and the local R & B show is on at irregular intervals part of the radio and now also the television program of the Bayerischer Rundfunk. Moderated by Susan Rohrer and Christiane Brammer occur musicians from different areas; new venue is the Munich tavern at the slaughterhouse.
