Roland Zielke

Roland Zielke ( born July 30, 1946 in Opladen ) is a German politician ( FDP), university professor of mathematics and physicians.

Life

Zielke laid in 1964, the Abitur, it went on to study mathematics in Cologne, Columbus ( USA), and Constance, with the degree of Master of Science in 1969. The Doctor of Natural Sciences took place in 1971. He was a research assistant at the University of Tübingen from 1971 to 1975. After studying medicine at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster from 1977 to 1983, the approval was made as a doctor in 1983, the doctorate in medicine in then 1988. From 1975 to 2003 he was Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Osnabrück.

Roland Zielke is a member of the FDP since 1975. He was chairman of the FDP District Association Osnabrück City from 1993 to 2003 and has been vice-chairman. From 2000 to 2014 he was a member of the executive committee of the FDP Lower Saxony, 2010-2012 Chairman of the FDP district association Osnabrück. From 1991 to 2003 he was chairman of the National Technical Committee on Science, Art and Culture of Lower Saxony FDP. Since 2002, Zielke is a member of the board of the Rudolf -von- Bennigsen Foundation. In 2005 he became a member of the Foundation Board of the Foundation of Lower Saxony Memorials.

Zielke was from 2003 to 2013 Member of the Parliament of Lower Saxony, where he was from 2003 to 2008 higher education policy spokesperson and 2005-2013 legal policy spokesman of the FDP parliamentary group. After his re-election in 2008 he was also elected as Vice Presidents.
