The LS7 is a single-seat glider for the standard class.

History

The LS7 was designed for roller shutter Schneider with the objective to offer a competitive grade LS4 successor for the standard class. The first flight of the LS7 was held in December 1987, the series production has been resumed in 1988. In the context of the product were available from 1991, winglets, which significantly improved the rate of climb in thermals. Compared to the competition pattern Schleicher ASW 24, however, the competition successes took rather modest. Production was stopped after 164 copies in 1993.

Construction
