Röllbach at Usingen

The Röllbach is about 2.4 km long right or southern tributary of the United States.

Course

The Röllbach springs north of Wehrheim in a meadow. It first flows in direction north-north- west. After about 200 m of the stream reaches a forest terrain. It flows around the west of the Binzelberg. Then, his run leads northward along the edge of the forest. South of the Röllbachhof he is fed on its right side by the Kittelbach. Shortly thereafter, he leads finally east of Usingen in the United States.

Röllbachtal

The Röllbachtal is a nature reserve. It is characterized by the presence of wetlands and wet Hochstaudenfluren. By the summer of 2004 was the headwaters of the Röllbaches in a spruce forest. The spruce trees were removed and replaced by alder and ash.
