Roma (mythology)

In the Roman Empire Roma was a deity, who were dedicated to some temples and holy places. Roma was a personification of the Roman state or the city of Rome.

Roma 269 BC for the first time on coins from Rome mentioned (see Ace (unit) ) and 204 BC on Roman coins of Locri in Calabria, which it is inferred that the non- Roman population may have Roma also revered religious.
