Roman Catholic Diocese of Caicó

The diocese Caicó (Latin: Dioecesis Caicoënsis ) is a location in Brazil Roman Catholic diocese based in Caicó in the state of Rio Grande do Norte.

History

The diocese Caicó was on November 25, 1939 by Pope Pius XII. built out of territory of the Diocese of Natal and the Archdiocese of Paraíba is a suffragan. On February 16, 1952, the diocese was Caicó the Archdiocese of Natal is a suffragan.
